Text message program terms

Program description

1 Source Inspections sends text messages about your property inspection to customers who opt in on the appointment request form at 1sourceinspections.com/contact. Messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, inspection agreement notices, payment receipts, notices that your inspection report is ready, and a one time review invitation after your service is complete.

Consent

You join the program by checking the text message consent box on the appointment request form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any inspection service. Messages are sent from (417) 513-0168.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with the progress of your inspection; a typical inspection involves a small number of messages from request through report delivery. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to opt back in.

Privacy

Phone numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See the full privacy policy for how your information is handled.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
