Residential inspections in Southwest Missouri
Full Home Inspection
A home inspection gives you a clearer picture of the property before you close. We examine visible and accessible components, document what we find and explain which items deserve attention now, later or simply as routine maintenance.
Inspection scope
What we look at
- Roof, exterior and site drainage
- Foundation, structure and crawlspace or basement
- Electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling
- Attic, insulation and ventilation
- Built-in appliances, doors, windows and interior rooms
What you receive
You receive an organized digital report with useful photos and plain-language findings. Significant concerns are easy to find, but the report also separates maintenance and smaller items so every defect does not feel like an emergency.
Common questions
Before you schedule
How long does a home inspection take?
Most inspections take two to four hours. Size, age, condition and added services can change that time.
Can I attend?
Yes. Buyers are welcome. The inspector needs to stay focused and follow a consistent process so the home is examined carefully and the findings are accurate. Many clients arrive near the end for a walkthrough of the main observations and questions.
Is thermal imaging included?
Yes. Thermal imaging is included with every full home inspection at no added cost.
